Choirs & Music Groups – are a vital part of worship services. If you are a musician or interested in singing you are welcome to join these groups.
The St Andrew’s Choir (led by organist Warren Whitney) boasts more than 20 voices and is highly regarded as a classical choir, performing regularly in different configurations with other ensembles throughout the Northern Rivers.
The vibrant ‘Joyful Noise Choir’(Video) led by Cathy Ridd attracts those who prefer more contemporary material in an informal setting (currently around 25 members).

Marriage Course- is for married couples to spend time together thinking about and discussing aspects of their relationship. The objective of the course is to introduce the tools to build a strong and healthy marriage which lasts a lifetime. There are eight sessions in the course which runs for eight weeks. South Sudanese community.
Martin Mawien is the chairperson of the South Sudanese Dinka Community Association. Martin hopes to bring cultural drummers and dancers to Lismore as well as organise soccer matches between teams from the different areas. He is looking for people who can help out with accommodation for the visitors and invites all locals to get involved in the event and make the multicultural celebration a success.
