O God,

Prayer points:

  • Give thanks for the faithful people of this Parish and for the ministry that is offered by all.
  • Pray for those for whom it really costs to be a Christian. .
  • Pray for the Anglican Church of Korea, the Daehan Song Gong Hoe, giving thanks for the work they do to further God’s mission in the world.
  • Pray for efforts to eradicate out graft and corruption by improvements in accountability and transparency. Pray for Transparency International’s work.

Lord, be with me in the week ahead, help me to be good tempered and considerate, to watch my tongue and not speak hastily, to be cheerful even when things go wrong and to act kindly to those I find difficult to like, help me to receive your spirit through prayer and worship, fellowship and service so that the fruit of the spirit will grow in me to your glory.
